Crochet Stash-Buster 2013 Update

Just a quick update on my Stash-Busting for 2013...

Since 2012 brought me a sweet grand baby Emma, its not a big surprise that I would have some leftover baby yarn in my stash. I am so glad that I do because we have lots of babies coming this Spring.  So I made a dent in it by  making these cute little baby hats.

The purple one is from my new stash of Stylecraft Yarn from Deramores.

I also got the Stylecraft white in the mail for my tiny granny square blanket.

It was on sale buy 9 skeins and get one free! I couldn't resist plus you can't have too much white DK yarn, right?!!

Baby Cat Hat Crochet

Hi All. Another snow day here in Kansas. That's three in the last week! I am getting spoiled not going to work.

Below is a little Cat Hat that my daughter requested I make for her friend who is expecting a little baby girl in March. It looks blue but it is really purple and white. They are BIG K-State fans so it is a Wildcat. I took this picture before I added the braided ties. I used the basic Owl Hat pattern and customized it to be a cat instead.

Almost finished with the first of several baby hats I am making for some friends of my daughter. They are all having girls and so did my daughter back in August. Also, there is a girl at work that is having a girl too.

Tah Dah! Better Late than Never...

Finally I have pictures of some of the little things I made for Emma before she was born

A cute little cupcake hat form Crochet Today Kids Edition this last Summer

This little Baby Sleeper Set w/Diaper Cover is what I made while waiting 15 hours for Baby Emma to be born.

This little sweater, matches the cupcake/bobbles hat above.  I got a little creative with color and this was a fun one that I gave to Angela at her baby shower. The patterns is actually called last-minute quick baby set.
