Eileen, I am so sorry for your loss. It seems that so many people are having a hard time right now. I have two friends fighting cancer and another who just had a brain tumor removed. I don't know what is going on. My thoughts and prayers are with you, losing a friend is so difficult. Hugs, Meredith
I am wondering the same thing Meredith. My mom lost her battle to brain cancer; I don't know what's in the air, or food but it seems like everyone is battling some kind of cancer.
I am sooooo sorry to hear this news! Words cannot ease your pain of losing a friend, I know. You will be in my prayers and so will her family. I am sporting a gray ribbon in honor of her and for my mom. And if you are hurting, I have a song that I just shared with my dad, maybe it'll bring comfort to you. (((((Hugs)))))
Dear Eileen, I am really so sorry. Cancer is the most terrible illness nowadays. I will pray for Cindy this night. Be sure that She is in God's heaven now..
So very sorry. Sending prayers and love. Two of my closest friends passed a number of years ago from cancer. I was told by a nun that we now have a spiritual friendship. I know they are with me still and always will be. God bless.
Thank you all for the kind comments. They are such a comfort. Today is the funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. and on May 30,2012 my local Parrish will say a Mass for her. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers.
I only just saw this post...how did I miss it last week? Ugh! I'm so sorry! I've lost "acquaintances" but, thus far, I haven't lost any close friends. I can't imagine how awful that must feel! I hope you're doing ok...sending a cyber hug. Annette
I send you a big and quite hug!! I think she´s on the road in heaven and i am sure, that my lovelies said "hello" to her to feel not alone over there. XX Martina♥
